Do you have a physical store to try on?
We currently do not have a physical store, however, you can always speak to our sizing expert by writing to our customer care team.
How do I wash and care for my swimwear?
To care for your swimwear, we recommend washing them with cold water after your swim. Avoid using chlorine and bleach to maintain the colour and longevity of your pieces. Dry them in shade and avoid tumble drying, ironing or dry cleaning.
What if I’m unhappy with my purchase?
We’re so sorry you did not like your purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if you change your mind for any reason, we offer returns and exchanges for all orders within 21 days (local) or 30 days (international) from the date of delivery.

What are the shades available?
We have four shades available: Champagne, Soufflé, Cinnamon, and Canelé. They range from the lightest to the darkest. The full range of shades in pictures can be found on our product listing.
Do I have to wear a shade similar to my skin tone?
No, you don’t! We advocate for fluidity in choosing a shade to purchase, as all our shades are perfect on your skin regardless of skin tone.
What is the difference between adhesive and the new non-adhesive pair?
Our adhesive pair is manufactured with loose-fitting tops in mind. It is hand-painted with a special adhesive that is safe for all skin types. However, do bear in mind that our adhesive pairs can last for around 15-20 wears. Any longer would be in thanks to your awesome care for them.
The non-adhesive pair works through a partial vacuum, removing any air pockets. This helps to keep the nipple covers in place. Your body heat also helps them stay on. Non-adhesive nipple covers are highly recommended for body-fitting tops. Another benefit of our non-adhesive pairs is the longevity of the pasties. They can last for at least 50 wears.
Is one better than the other?
No one is better than the other! We highly recommend wearing them for different outfits depending on the fit of the clothing. If they are body-hugging, non-adhesive is perfect. Loose top? Reach for our adhesive pair.
How do I keep them hygienic? Do you have a special cleaner for it?
Our nipple covers are proud to be low maintenance. You don’t need a special cleaner – just gently rinse them under warm water and they will stay as good as new.
Will they lose their shape?
We suggest storing them with the protective sheet and the packaging you received them in to preserve their shape.
Why should I buy them over conventional bras?
Easy – it’s comfortable! Trust us, you would not have to worry about backaches, poking wires, or your bra straps showing for a gorgeous outfit.
What are the different bundles?
We have a variety of bundles to help our Barebabes get the most bang for their buck and also to facilitate sharing of orders! This is one way we are trying to be environmentally friendly, by reducing our carbon footprint.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! We offer free shipping on all local orders over $50SGD and international orders over $400SGD.
Are duties and taxes included in my order total?
Any applicable customs, duties or taxes are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order.
Do you have membership?
We do not have a membership at this current moment. However, please continue supporting us and this dream might come true one day!
Do you offer gift packaging?
We do not gift wrap our packaging. But we can confirm they’re super aesthetically pleasing, and great on their own as a gift!
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship local orders via J&T express for fast delivery. You should receive your order within 2-4 business days. International orders take longer depending on your location. See our shipping policy for more details.
How can I track my item?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The tracking details for your order can be found in the email.
I made a mistake on my order. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away by clicking here.
We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been processed by our team, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake.
What do I do if I received an incorrect or faulty item?
Please email us at email@example.com with your order number. Once we receive your request, our team will work to resolve this with priority.
Have you received my return?
As soon as we receive your return back into our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process your return and your accounts to be credited.
