We offer free shipping on all local orders over $50SGD and international orders over $400SGD.

PROCESSING TIME

Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days. Upon dispatch, you will be emailed your tracking number. Orders will be delivered between 9am - 10pm Monday to Saturday.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. However, there may be delays on the delivery of your order during busy periods (promotional events and sales or full volume from our carriers).

CHANGES TO AN ORDER

If you need to change your order please contact our team straight away by clicking here. We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been processed by our team, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

Custom policies and import duties vary differently from country to country. All duties and taxes will be borne by the recipient. These fees are to be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order and are not included in your order total.

Any order with unpaid fees will be returned to us at the customer's expense. Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

STOLEN AND DAMAGED PARCELS

GET BARE is not liable for stolen, missing, or damaged parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.

REDELIVERY

Redelivery fees apply for undelivered orders for reasons including but not limited to:

• Incorrect addresses
• Refused shipments
• Unclaimed parcels
• Unpaid duties and taxes
