Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if you change your mind for any reason, we offer returns and exchanges for all orders within 21 days (local) or 30 days (international) from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

All swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and cannot be removed. We do not accept returns and exchanges that are soiled or stained.

If your return does not comply with these conditions we cannot accept your items and they may be rejected and returned to you.

BARE Covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

FULL PRICE: Refund and exchange available.
PROMOTIONAL PRICE: Size exchange only.
FINAL SALE: No refunds or exchanges.



To initiate a return, please contact indicating your order number and we will provide you with the details and address to send your package.

Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

You can return the items using the return courier of your choice. We encourage you to use a registered or traceable delivery method to return your package. GET BARE will not be responsible for any lost or damaged returns.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is faulty. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is eligible for a refund, you will be refunded back to your original payment method, less the return shipping fee and any original shipping fees. Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 7 business days for this amount to return to your card.



To initiate an exchange, please contact indicating your order number and we will provide you with the details required.

We offer FREE exchanges for all Singapore orders. A complimentary free express return label will be emailed to you.

For our international customers, we don’t yet offer free exchanges however stay tuned as we are working on this!

All exchange items are required to meet the conditions of our Returns Policy.



Returns on sale items are not eligible for a refund. Sale items can be returned for size exchange only.



Items marked as “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned or exchanged, unless in the event of them being faulty. If final sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.



Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email when our team has received and processed your return. Please contact us if you need assistance.



We work hard to ensure the quality of all products, however, in the event you have received faulty or incorrect products, we’re incredibly sorry! We take full responsibility for our mistakes, please contact us at with your order number and images of the fault. Our team will work to resolve this with priority.
